The care and dedication to every participant was delivered to a very high standard, always wanting to ensure choice and control was provided. Ensuring and identifying when Allied health supports were required along with maintaining regular contact with third party stakeholders.​

 

I found during my time, that not only participants but staff were cared for with the same empathy and understanding, any request was dealt with - how can we make this work, rather than - it’s to difficult.
